- Earn Referral & Marketing Fees equivalent to full cooperating commission for exposing your investors to unique national investment opportunities
- Earn YAERD.org Power Broker status when your investors close 25 units ( qualifying for premium commissions!)

- After earning YAERD.org Power Broker status by closing 25 cumulative transaction, in addition to premium commissions you also qualify to earn overrides on investments that you have negotiated to bring to our investment group
